Find a fast car or motorcycle. Then get on a highway or long road. Drive on the side of the highway you’re supposed to be on, dodge traffic or stay in the middle of the lane and just speed and Stunt Points should come in really fast.

Quick Stunt Points2

Go to the Panau Int. Airport. Go to the entrance and find a sports car. Drive the sport car to a runway. Go into the stunt position and attach the car to the plane using the grappling hook when a plane appear. When you done, enter the car. The plane takes off with car in tow. The points begin to rack up quickly.

Si-47 Leopard: Jet fighter

You can use twin rockets, and twin mounted guns with this plane.
Large military jet plane

This plane has no weapons, just a large transport plane.
Aeroliner 474: large passenger jet
Coordinates: 9748 x 12798
There are several dotted around this very large, open military base. The runway can be accessed at the bottom right of the airport The defense seems to be pretty weak here, so don’t worry that you have to taxi the plane for quite a while
Cassius 192: Private Jet
Coordinates: 29584 x 11435 (Mile High Club)

They also fly above you where you can steal them relatively easily.

Just Cause 2 Easter Egg:

The Island from ‘Lost’

There is a island separated from the mainland in the very northwest corner of the map. You can’t fly over this island by any plane or you’ll automatically destroy. In this island there are many references to Lost that you can found, including plane wreckage of Oceanic Flight 815. There’s even a hatch to be found too.

You can land a plane and dock a boat on Lost Island without your vehicle blow up after you’ve completed the mission where you have to rescue a guy from Lost Island.
